Dear Esteemed Apollos University Alumni,

We are excited to inform you that the Apollos University Alumni Association is being formalized and will offer each of you the opportunity to be part of an international professional networking organization.  We are in the beginning stages of the new Association and need your help and approval for a few items.

  1. Please review the contact information previously emailed to you and let us know if your information is correct.  If there are errors, please let us know and we will update our records.
  2. Let us know if you are willing to allow the Alumni Association to include your information in the Alumni Association member directory.  We plan to open a private area where all alumni can go to that is behind a secure password protected area where this information will be maintained.   If you are willing to have your information posted in the member directory, then send an email to containing the following statement, “I give my permission to have my name, email address, degree, year of graduation, and city, state, & country listed in the Apollos University Alumni Association member directory.”  Also, please type your complete name and date on the email.   We need this in order to legally put your information on in the directory. 
  3. Finally, let us know if you would be willing to serve as an officer, editor of the alumni newsletter, public relations, networking director, etc. for your Alumni Association.  This is an opportunity to add an important international position to your resume while supporting your peers and University.
